Walter Hill is displaying pure under funded Id here. It's crazy entertaining. Some of the stuff here you can still tell what he was going for even when it's not completely on screen.

The budget limitations are especially apparent during action sequences. You're not going to get Last Man Standing or Extreme Prejudice Walter Hill action here. You'll see the frame work for it at least. The movie probably isn't for everyone in the sense that the movie looks incomplete.

You can see lots of places where the post production budget just wasn't there. Hill does his best with it and the actors have given it their all and it pulled me through it pretty easily. Other people might not be as forgiving.
